产品介绍:一、高强度桥梁板、竹胶合板的主要特点：
(1)竹胶合板模板强度高、韧性好，板的静曲强度相当于木材强度的8—10倍，为木胶合板强度的4—5倍，可减少模板支撑的使用数量。
(2)竹胶合板模板幅面宽、拼缝少，板材基本尺寸为2.44×1.22M，相当于6.6块1.5×0.3M钢模板的面积，支撑、拆模速度快。
(3)竹胶合板表面光滑、容易脱模。覆模板胶合板模板表面对混凝土的吸附力为钢模八分之一，混凝土表面平整光滑，可取消抹灰作业，缩短装修作业的工期。
(4)竹胶合模板防腐、防蛀、具有良好的耐水、耐候性。尺寸稳定，水煮3小时不开胶，遇水受潮不变形。
(5)竹胶合板模板导热系数为0.14—0.14W/M .K，远小于钢模板的导热系数，有利于冬季施工保湿。
(6)竹胶合模板使用寿命长，周转次数高，可双面倒用，重复使用15—20次。
二、使用范围
本竹模板非常适用于高层建筑中的水平模板，剪力墙，垂直墙板，高架桥，立交桥，大坝、隧道和梁柱模板等。
三、怎样锯板
请选用合金锯片，直径为300MM,100齿。用带导轨的锯边机，尽量保持锯边笔直。转速4000转/分。如需要不规则的几何型，可用高速手提电锯现场锯板。为防毛边，锯板和钻孔时，请板下垫实。
四、封边补漆
本竹模板出厂前已封边。新裁板或钻孔。请用耐水酚醛系列油漆将锯边或钻孔涂刷三次。切记!如发现模板面有划痕、碰伤或其它较轻的损伤，应补刷酚醛漆。
五、模板铺法：
紧贴模板的木方，要纵向铺放。板缝尽量缩小，板与板之间要平整。板缝用腻子嵌平，或用不干胶带封好，以防漏浆和浆液污染板边。严禁与硬物碰撞，撬棍敲打，任意抛掷和钢筋在板面手拖拉。
(1)顶模：先在脚手架上横铺木方，间距1.2M纵向铺木方，间距为0.4—0.6M所浇砼厚度超过200MM时，间距应调小。
(2)墙模：模板后纵向铺放三根木方，再横铺二根木方联结，留好穿墙螺丝们置立好斜撑。有条件：横向可用钢愣联接形成组合式大墙模，可直接吊装。都能拆换单块竹模板。
(3)梁、柱模：按尺寸裁开模板，预留穿墙螺栓位置。柱模可用短脚手架四边锁紧，立好斜撑。
六、清洁板面
竹模板前应刷涂脱模剂。模板拆除后要及时清洁板边面，不要使用坚硬物敲刮板面。
七、堆码保护
竹模板每次周转使用后。要下垫木方整齐堆放。板面不要与地面接触，长期存贮时，要保持模板通风良好，防止日晒雨淋，并做到定期检查，露天堆放时要盖上防雨布。

竹子除具有木本科木材的一般特性外，还具有其自身的很多特性，利用毛竹加工而成的竹地板也具有了一些与木地板不同的优势。

2、材色均匀，一般为黄白色，色差小，经碳化处理可变成浅棕色。
3、强度高、弹性好、脚感好。竹子纤维排列与秆声平行，无倾斜与交织现象，因此其组织构造远比木才整齐。竹子的生长过程中随着竹龄的增长，材质硬度及强度逐年增大，至4-6年即变得强韧而富有弹性，竹地板一般是采用5-6年的毛竹为原料制成，因此强度高、弹性好、脚感好。
4、耐磨性及耐冲击性好、使用寿命长。竹子的竹壁由竹青、竹肉、竹黄三层组成，竹肉密度在靠近竹黄的内侧比较小，向竹青方向逐渐增大，靠近竹青侧密度。在制造竹地板时，竹青及竹黄都要创去，并把密度高的一侧配置在地板的表面。竹地板平均密度在0.78g /cm3左右,表层密度可达0.90g /cm3以上。因此竹地板表面硬、耐冲击、使用寿命长。
5、不易遭受菌虫害侵蚀。竹子虽然内含比较丰富的糖分、淀粉和蛋白质，易招致虫蛀、霉变等。但在竹地板制造过程中充分考虑了这种情况，采取了水煮、高温干燥、高温高压胶合等措施，已进行了杀虫、灭菌处理，内含营养成分已溶出、分解或改性。因此不易遭受菌虫的侵蚀。
6、结构合理、稳定性好。竹子纹理通直，开片后又经充分干燥。竹子的各方向吸湿性、收缩率均略低于木材。竹地板又设计了合理的结构形式，因此竹地板稳定性好，不易产生翘曲变形。
